In this video I will show you how to add images and other media files to your WordPress media library.  I also show you how to add an image to a post or page and how to crop an image within WordPress.

To add images to the media library, once logged in to the backend, go to the media tab on the left hand side of the screen. Click the add new option and then browse your media library or drag your files into the box with the dotted border.

To add an image to a page, edit page, then click the add media button above the text box. Click on the image you want and insert into post. You can change your image size as your are placing the image into the page or anytime after.

To crop images, click on image, edit image, drag desired cropped area with your cursor, click the crop key above the top left of image. Then save.

Always save after every change.
